01 / The service

Care that meets the patient where they are.

Allo Docteur was rethinking access to private medical care around a simple premise: seeing a qualified physician should not require navigating crowded waiting rooms, unclear availability, or a fragmented booking process.

The service brought care into the patient’s home and made appropriate consultations available online. We helped turn that model into a website people could understand and feel comfortable using—often while they were already worried about their health.

02 / What we shaped

A website designed as part of the service.

The website had to do more than introduce the company. It needed to explain a different care model, establish medical trust, answer practical questions, and create a calm path toward action.

01

Service positioning

Turning home visits and telemedicine into a proposition patients could quickly understand without oversimplifying the care itself.

02

Information architecture

Organizing services, expectations, practical details, and company information around the questions patients were likely to have.

03

Patient journeys

Shaping clear paths from an initial health concern to understanding the available care and deciding what to do next.

04

Trust & credibility

Giving physician credentials, care expectations, follow-up, and service information deliberate places in the experience.

05

Responsive web design

Designing for patients searching from phones, where healthcare-service discovery is often immediate and highly intentional.

06

Website development

Building the responsive digital experience and translating the content and interaction model into a usable website.

07

Booking pathways

Keeping the route toward an appointment visible and contextual without making the experience feel aggressively transactional.

08

Content foundation

Creating a structure that could explain services, answer recurring questions, and grow with the company’s public presence.

03 / The trust threshold

Trust has to arrive before the doctor does.

A patient considering an unfamiliar model of care needs more than a service description. They need to understand whether it is appropriate, who will treat them, what the consultation includes, where it is available, and what happens after they book.

The website had to resolve that uncertainty without becoming clinical, overwhelming, or impersonal. Clarity, credibility, and tone were product requirements rather than finishing touches.

04 / Experience decisions

Reduce uncertainty before asking for commitment.

Decision 01

Organize around patient questions

The experience prioritized what a patient needed to know over the internal structure of the company or its operations.

Decision 02

Explain the format before the action

Home and online care had to feel understandable before the website asked someone to move toward an appointment.

Decision 03

Make trust visible throughout

Credentials, expectations, follow-up, and practical service details belonged in the journey rather than on a single reassurance page.

Decision 04

Design for the urgent small screen

Content hierarchy and calls to action were shaped for mobile visitors making a time-sensitive healthcare decision.

05 / Patient journey

From concern to a confident next step.

The website structured the experience around a simple progression: understand the care, decide whether it fits, establish trust, and know how to act.

06 / The result

A different model of care, made easier to understand.

The result was a focused digital presence that helped patients understand what Allo Docteur offered, decide whether the service was relevant to them, and move toward an appointment with greater confidence.

The company’s services and public presence have continued to evolve since the engagement. This case study focuses on our contribution to the website foundation rather than attributing its later clinical, operational, or technology expansion to Incub8.
