01 / Terms of service
These terms govern access to the Incub8Labs website. Client work is governed by separate written agreements.
By accessing or using the Incub8Labs website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Incub8Labs is a product engineering studio. We design and build digital products for founders and teams—MVPs, scale-ups, and modernizations. This Site describes our services and allows you to contact us. Specific engagements are governed by separate agreements (e.g. statements of work or master service agreements), not by these terms.
The Site is intended for general visitors. You may use it to learn about our services and to submit enquiries via the contact form. We do not offer user accounts or logged-in services on this Site. Any client engagement (including scope, payment, and deliverables) is agreed separately and is not formed solely by your use of the Site.
You must not use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others’ systems, or use the Site in any way that could damage or impair the Site or our reputation. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe you have breached these terms.
The Site and its content (text, design, logos, and other materials) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse the Site content for commercial purposes without our permission. Work we create for clients under an engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.
These website terms do not govern client work. The scope, responsibilities, intellectual property, commercial terms, invoicing, and payment arrangements for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or your access to it at any time without liability. Termination of your use of the Site does not affect any separate client engagement, which is governed by its own terms.
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any), or zero if the claim relates only to use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy describes how we collect and use personal data in connection with the Incub8Labs website and when you contact us. The data controller is Whitetail Ventures FZCO, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us", "Incub8Labs").
We collect: (1) Information you give us—name, email, company, and message when you submit the contact form. (2) Limited website analytics—an anonymous session identifier, pages and case studies viewed, selected interactions, referrer domain, campaign parameters, device class, approximate country, region, city, and timezone where available, a masked network prefix, and timestamps. We do not require public visitors to create an account. We do not use browser fingerprinting or store raw IP addresses in our analytics database. Network addresses are masked before storage (normally to an IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48 prefix), and a one-way, short-lived hash may be generated from network information to protect the analytics endpoint from abuse.
We use contact information to respond to enquiries and follow up on potential engagements. We use aggregate website analytics to understand which pages and case studies are useful, how visitors find the Site, and where the enquiry journey can be improved. We do not sell personal data or use contact details for marketing unless you have agreed to that separately.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis: we process your data for our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and operating the Site) and, where you contact us with an intention to engage our services, for taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract. You may have rights to object or to withdraw consent where consent is used.
We may share your data with service providers that help us run the Site (e.g. hosting, email delivery) or with professional advisers where necessary. We require such parties to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing.
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle an enquiry and any follow-up. If we do not enter into an engagement, we typically retain enquiry data for up to two years unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Raw analytics events and anonymous sessions are normally retained for up to 90 days; aggregate statistics may be retained longer. Hosting and security logs may follow shorter operational retention periods.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage you to avoid sending highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, or to data portability or to object to processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights or ask questions about our use of your data, contact us via the contact form or the details given there.
We are based in the UAE. If you are in another country, your data may be transferred to and processed in the UAE or elsewhere where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. contractual or other mechanisms) where required by applicable law.
The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.
